Both of our computers at home are not currently in working order, so I have been having to resort to my phone to check my email and people.com. And obviously I have not been able to update the blog in forever. But today I am at Alli's house so I thought that even though I could not upload pics here I could update you on some pretty funny things Lillian has been doing lately.
*She constantly is walking around on her tippy-toes.
*She has crawled into our bath tub and tried to turn on the water a couple of time now, so needless to say we are constantly making sure the bathroom door is shut.
*I have been working on words with her and got these great flash cards with the picture and the word on them. I hold them up to her and say the word pointing at the picture. Than I say the word again pointing at my mouth(sounds crazy but is helpful according to speech therapist). This morning while we were sitting in the playroom she grabs one of the cards and walks over to me, holds the card out in front of my face, points to her mouth and says the word. I almost died laughing...she is such a mimicker.
*She will eat anything if you let her dip it in ketchup first.
*When she gives me hugs she will lay her head on my shoulder and pat my back...absolutely melts my heart.
*When Shaun was leaving for work one rainy morning last week Lillian and I were cuddled up in bed together when Shaun stuck his head in the room and said "good-bye". Lillian popped right up and waved to him and then laid right back down beside me. Shaun barley made it out the door that day...he thought it was the sweetest thing ever.
*Oh, and perhaps our biggest news...Lillian has been going on the potty a lot lately. She usually pees on her own hand, but what can your expect from a 17 month old. We are no where near actual potty training, but are on a right track.
Lillian is one very active, energetic and entertaining toddler. She definitely keeps us on our toes; we never know what she will do next. Hopefully our computer will be fixed soon, but until then our updates will be few and far between. I promise to get some cute pics up from Boo @ the Zoo sometime this weekend.

I'd been wondering where you were! Yes, that flashcard and repetition is great for her...Hudson always just threw the cards....super job in the potty too!!!! Yay!
How sweet. Colton always puts his head on my shoulder and pats my back too... I think it is because I usually pat his back, so he just picked it up!
