Weekend Fun!

Right now Shaun is reading to Lillian before he puts her to bed after a very busy and fun weekend. On Halloween we went to dinner with Alli, Korey, and Eli before coming home to hide from trick-or-treater's. I know, I know, we are bad parents/neighbors but I forgot to get candy for them. And all I had to offer them was spaghettios- a pregnancy favorite- or pop tarts.

On Saturday we went to the Moss Rock Festival at the Preserve in Hoover. We really enjoyed walking around and looking at all of the different art work and listening to the music. Lillian was captivated by everything that was going on around her. Shaun and I want to expose her to as much as we can from a young age, and it is amazing to just sit and watch her experience these things for the first time.

Sunday, we just hung out around the house while Shaun went into the office for about four hours. We missed him. But the best thing that happened on Sunday was that Shaun took Lillian with him to Wal Mart!! I was alone, totally by myself, for the first time in over five months! And Shaun went out by himself with Lillian for the first time ever. Not to my surprise everyone came home alive and happy. Shaun is a natural Father.
