Relaxing Weekend

Shaun has been so busy with school these past couple of months, that Lillian pretty much goes four days a week without seeing her Daddy. And by the time he gets home-if I am even still awake- both of us are just to tired to talk. We pretty much just hit the highlights, aka whatever cute thing Lilly bug did that day, and then we go to sleep. And like I said that is only if I am still awake to talk to him when he gets home. So this weekend I planed a little get away for the two of us...well the three of us. Lillian and I surprised Shaun by picking him up Friday and taking him to Ross Bridge where we played in the pool, ordered room service, and just spent some much needed family time together. We could not believe how nice the weather was Saturday morning so we decided to go the zoo where we met Travis Meredith and Bailey. And to top off what I hope was a relaxing weekend for Shaun, we went to see a movie together on Saturday night. It was the first movie we had seen in over 18 months! And I only left the theater once to call and check on Lillian! Of course today Shaun was back to business, and after church today he went to the library to study for the rest of the afternoon and evening.
