Our Busy Weeekend

This past weekend was a very busy one for our family. Shaun's work was changing their financial system over to a new one, so they had to basically work around the clock and even had stay in a hotel on 280 so they were close to their office. So Lillian and I  really did not get to see him; thank goodness I didn't go into labor. I think he was at the office for 24 1/2 straight hours at one point, and worked a total of 86 hours sense Wednesday! Thank goodness it is over and now we can just relax for the next couple of days as we get ready to welcome our little boy in a couple of days.

This weekend was really all about Shepard though; he was baptized this past Sunday at Alli and Korey's church! It was a beautiful services and Shepard of course was as perfect and sweet as usual. Eli stole the show when in the middle of the ceremony he yelled out, " I got a race car Momma"! That little boy loves his race cars! Afterwards we had a wonderful luncheon to celebrate and it was a great time to be with our family and thank God for Shepard's sweet life.

Sunday evening Lillian and I tagged along with Alli, Korey and the kids to this great park that is right next to my house(Shaun was still working). It is an awsome park with a nature trail, creek, playset, and a huge open feild for the kids to run around. We stayed their for hours and I cannot to go back soon!

this is such a sweet picture of the three of them. Korey loves Lillian so much and just steps into that father role when Shaun is not able to be with us.
