Sick Days

Poor Lillian has been really sick these last few days. What started out as a stuffy nose has become a full blown illness (haven't gone to the doctor so not sure what to really call it). It seems worse than a cold, but not really something serious. Either way, whatever it is it is making her feel horrible. The second I get ready to take her to the doctor she perks up a little bit so I decide to hold off. These last couple of days have been long ones simply because we haven't left the house. Poor Lillian has been so pitiful and it breaks my heart when she doesn't feel well, but I think she is on the mend thanks to a lot of cuddles and lots of rest. We did have fun painting, coloring, baking and face painting over the last couple days. Lillian would get up and play for a little bit and then go back to the couch. I am just so glad that she seems to be feeling so much better this morning. I hate it when my baby girl is sick.

Jack has stayed cuddled up to Lillian for the past two days

my Grandfather brought her some doughnut holes,

and some pretty flowers to cheer her up.
