Lilly Bug is Five Months Old Today!

That's right, Lillian is five months old today! And she even looks bigger this morning than she did last night. You know, it is funny how things work out. Neither Shaun nor I would have ever pictured ourselves as newly wed new parents. But God's plans are often different from your own, and Lillian is definitely living proof of that. Today she is five months old, and I am panicking at the realization of how quietly these last few months have escaped me. But what she has taught Shaun and I about ourselves, about each other, is not something that can not be easily dismissed. She has allowed us to become the people we always knew that we wanted to be. She has strengthened our faith in God and in each other. And she has brought to our lives more smiles, more tears, more joy than we could have ever expect or hoped for.
