Good Ol' Saint Nick

It is not everyday that you encourage your child to sit on a strange bearded man's lap and smile for a camera. So when I took Lillian to see Santa Clause at the Brookwood mall today I was a little worried that she would flip out over the old man and end up in some kind of therapy a few years down the road. But I was delightfully surprised when Lillian not only sat on Saint Nick's knee, she looked at him and was smiling! Of course though the only picture that I got with my camera does not include the smile, but I will scan in the ones printed out from the mall with that sweet grin asap!

*oh, and I promised Santa that she has been a really good girl for the last seven months! I am sure that she is on the "nice" side of the list.
