That's right, today Lillian told Shaun and I her very first lie. We were in the car and Lillian out of no where says, "Oww, li (Eli) bite toes!" We laughed and I said, "Eli didn't bite your toes". But she was insistent and actually started holding her little toes (she had taken her shoe off by this point) and started getting very upset. She kept this little charade up until we parked and Shaun got out and kissed her big toe; to make it feel better of course.
She has been very into Daddy lately, especially when it comes to making boo-boos feel better. The other day she shut her finger in the door and insisted that her Daddy kiss it. Unfortunately Shaun had already left for work that morning. I offered to kiss it and make it better, but my kisses apparently were not good enough for Miss Lillian's boo-boo. After ten minutes of trying to explain to her that Daddy could not come home to kiss her finger she settled for Moxie to lick it. I know, it is sad that my daughter would rather have the dog lick her finger than her Mommy give it a kiss.

This is beyond hysterical! "Li" says he is sorry even if he wasn't there to do the biting!
Poor Eli! I can't believe he was falsely accused! Ha!
